About us:

Studio flat in the center of Sopot, with 28 square meters floor area, situated in historical, over hundred years old tenement house.
In the flat: one room (sofa bed for 2 persons), bathroom (shower), WC, TV, wireless Internet access, fridge, cordless kettle. There isn't kitchen in the flat.
No smoking in the flat.
We don't accept pets.
Near: bus stop - 50 m, railway station - 400 m, sea and beach - 1,1 km, Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street - 800 m, Bomi - 250 m, banks, restaurants, shops.
Price - for 2 persons from 90 PLN/day. Extra bed for 3rd person 20 PLN/day.
Parking places near the building - free of charge, parking places on a fenced ground - 20 PLN/day.
To make a reservation you have to pay 30% advance. Rest costs of stay and returnable guaranty deposit (200 PLN) you have to pay in the day of arrival. We issue VAT invoices.

The apartment is situated on a very high ground floor and it is located on a new, guarded housing estate with: tennis court, basketball field, fenced play-ground, lanes and benches.
No smoking in the flat.
We don't accept pets.
Near: bus stops, Lidl market, bank etc.; easy access from the motorway A1; ferry terminal - about 1 km, beach Babie Doły - about 2 km.
Price: for 2 persons from 120 PLN/day, extra bed 20 PLN/day.

In the flat: one room (sofa for 2 persons + extra bed, bedclothes for 3 persons), fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, fridge; 3rd floor (without lift), view of the city.
